Q Does it work?
A AIR-CELL Insulation protects against heat gainor heat loss by
reflecting most of the radiation conducted through the construction.
An anti-tear surface also impedes water and moisture penetration.
Q Why do people like using it?
A It's an alternative to fibre. It is simple to install and it is
so strong you can walk on it.
Q Is the product in other countries?
A Apart from New Zealand, AIR-CELL products are currently in Australia
and Vietnam.
Q Is it harmful to the environment?
A AIR-CELL products are recyclable. The aluminium foils are pure
and the current low-density polyethylene’s are virgin.
Q Is it safe?
A Yes it is! It is a healthy alternative for tradesmen and occupiers
during installation and throughout the life of your building. It
is not an irritant, or asthmatic, or allergenic. A unique feature
of AIR-CELL is that it is manufactured without the use of adhesives
resins that are toxic.
Q Is it strong?
A The tough scrim is added between the first and second laminates
of the foil. This makes it pretty much tear-proof, ensuring safety
during construction.
